Had a great time here. Hotel offers lots of great amenities. Nice big clean room. The pool area is huge but shared with the other 2 hotels. It does get crowded but if u go early, it’s perfect. They also have an infinity pool for adults (opens at 10am). Lots of different food restaurants. There’s liquor store right across the street. My check in was quick. I completed everything online which made it quicker. There is a short line for Hilton Honor members at the lobby. The Hilton app does not work here. Not sure why. They also have a huge gym. Very impressive
Important to know: understaffed front desk, be prepared for long waits in every capacity. No actual room service - they outsource to a food delivery app. Rooms modern but unequipped, no microwave and they won't offer to heat your food up for you, you can't even get a hot water kettle. When you call the front desk you're greeted by an AI robot who tries very hard not to put you through to someone who actually works here. On my last visit I woke up covered in bed bugs - when I told the staff, they weren't even sorry or apologetic and kind of implied I was lying. The eventually sent security who then asked to see the bites, I happily showed my body was covered in them. They had me fill out an incident report and I was expecting some kind of compensation or even apology - nothing. Shower and water pressure weak. Their digital check in they offer is buggy and never works. It's clear this place is all looks and no performance. They prioritize profit margins over actual guest experience. There are far better hotels with the same price point on the strip and I encourage you to look at those. Location is also not ideal as it is quite far north of the real action.
Extremely Disappointed – Poor Management, Dirty Rooms & No Accountability We are currently staying at this hotel, and based on our experience so far, I absolutely would not recommend it – especially for families. The service has been shockingly poor, particularly from the management team. We arrived in Las Vegas for our first family trip and checked into the hotel around 1 AM after a long 6-hour drive. After waiting in line for nearly an hour, we were finally helped by a kind and professional front desk clerk who did his best to assist us. Unfortunately, that’s where the good service ended. When we got to the kids’ adjoining rooms, we were shocked to find that they had not been cleaned at all. The rooms were dirty, with trash and mess left behind by previous guests. We tried calling the front desk for help, but no one was answering the phones. We had to go back downstairs – with our daughter who has special needs and was freezing – to get assistance in person. Despite the seriousness of the situation, no manager ever came out to speak with us. It was left entirely to the same clerk, who did his best and managed to find us new rooms. Our daughter was finally settled by around 3 AM – not exactly the relaxing start we had hoped for on our vacation. After getting her settled, my husband and I went back to the front desk to try again to speak with a manager. Once again, the manager would not come out. The clerk, trying to make up for the situation, offered us an $80 credit (for Starbucks or room service) split across the two rooms – and was very clear that this was from him personally, not from hotel management. He specifically told us to come back the next day to speak to a manager and see what more could be done. So, the next day, I went to speak to a manager – and was met with complete indifference. The manager was dismissive and cold, saying, “Well, I see you got money for room service last night, so that’s it.” When I asked if anything else would be done after everything we went through, she flatly said, “No,” and ended the conversation there. No apology. No accountability. No customer care. Because of this whole ordeal, we missed our morning plans – our daughter didn’t get to sleep until after 3 AM, and we couldn’t get up in time to stick to our schedule. On top of all this: The soap dispensers in the showers were empty. You’re charged extra for nearly everything – which we expected to a degree, but when paired with such poor service, it feels like a complete rip-off. Clean rooms and basic communication are not “luxury” services – they are the bare minimum, and this hotel failed to deliver even that. If you’re looking for a place where you’re ignored by management, checked into dirty rooms, and treated with zero empathy when something goes wrong – this is the place for you. Otherwise, I strongly suggest you stay elsewhere. Massively disappointed – this is not how any family should have to start their vacation.
