Well I love the LATAM. It might be a little pricey for what it is but, the rooms are always clean, the staff is kind and helpful, the breakfast is always worth it, and the pool and sauna are both a treat. And I like that it’s near the mall. It’s a nice getaway in Xela
A beautiful hotel with great service and roof top swimming pool! Gym is basic but spa and massages are great, breakfast is great and additional restaurants are also available. Great views of the volcano and city!
Rooms and hallways are not very clean. Service is bad. The phones didn’t work. Guests are not allowed anywhere except the front door or they will charge you a high price. Would not recommend. It is also far from the central historic area of Xela.
