I had the pleasure of meeting Pablo during my stay, and I can honestly say he made the experience unforgettable. He’s not just an animator — he’s full of positive energy, always smiling, and genuinely cares about making sure everyone is having a great time. Pablo is amazing with both kids and adults. He knows how to get everyone involved without being pushy, and his sense of humor is fantastic. Whether it was a game, a dance session, or just a casual conversation, he always brought good vibes. Thank you, Pablo, for making our holiday so much fun. You truly are a star!
The hotel is at best a 3. Rooms are dated and not well kept and the overall food quality is low. But the service team and animation team’s devotion is extraordinary. Ali and the mini club team ones I could applaud for their sincere, dedicated approach and effort. They uplift the overall experience and help you see most of the problems probably caused by the hotels lack of vision.
Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We had three rooms in total, and each came with its own set of problems. The rooms were incredibly small—barely enough space for two people—and the so-called “terrace” could only fit one person at a time. As a couple, this was far below our expectations. The first room was the wrong type (twin beds instead of a double), the second had a broken door lock, and the third, although slightly better, still had a tiny balcony. After two days of constant complaints, the manager finally moved us to a room in the main building. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t end there. Every single day, we experienced problems with hot water and water pressure. Sometimes there was no hot water at all, and other times the water pressure was so low it made showering nearly impossible. The room keys were another constant source of frustration. They kept deactivating—we had to visit the front desk eight times in one day, and at least twice daily, just to reactivate the key. It was disruptive and exhausting. The food was also a major letdown. Very limited options and the quality was poor throughout our stay. Definitely not up to the standards of an all-inclusive holiday. Staff behavior was mixed. One of the bar staff, Dukan, was consistently rude and unprofessional. In contrast, the rest of the bar team—Shaida, Dilnaz, Nazami, and Zainab—were friendly and made a genuine effort to be welcoming. The front desk manager, Kaan, always looked tired, never smiled, and didn’t create a hospitable environment. The one bright spot was the entertainment manager, Sher Khan, who was fantastic. He was enthusiastic, engaging, and clearly cared about guest satisfaction. He was the only staff member who made a positive impact on our stay. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. Between the room issues, daily water problems, poor food, and unhelpful service, I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
