Outstanding spa, restaurant, pools, hot tubs, service is impeccable. Today is our 2nd visit, we love this place
I think the hotel is really good, clean, food is perfect, nice garden, spa, multiple in and out door pools and jacuzzis. The room was clean and well equipped. There are a lot of good sitting areas. Serina in the reception was super nice and service minded. The hotel is located just outside the town and is only 3 min drive or 15 min walk from the small town. It is 15km from Sienna and 5km from the thermal areas. Possible improvements: a menu in English and replace the "chocolate flavoured shampoo" (if you don't want to smell like a chocolate cake.
We loved the SPA, but it was overcrowded. Maybe too small for the quantity of rooms they have? Whatever, we found ourselves in the swimming pool with so many other people and kids. The rooms looked average, clean but nothing special. What about the lunch/dinner, it was great: in generous portions and so delicious.
