Perfect experience and I’ll be in 50 hotels this year!! I’ll be back personally no matter what is booked! !Kind caring staff albeit a few too few of them! Rooms wonderful from lowest level booked. F&B excellent consist quality.,could use an extra staff service person. Social areas remain wonderful! Just put back a few staff.. it’s a little barren!

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience during my recent stay at Lausanne Palace. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and I would especially like to commend Mathew from the concierge team for his outstanding service — his professionalism and attentiveness truly enhanced our visit. The breakfast, though modest in size, was absolutely spectacular. The quality of the food, the cozy atmosphere, and the genuinely caring staff made each morning a delight. The hotel’s location is superb, offering easy access to the best of Lausanne. The only shortcoming was the room’s plumbing and electrical infrastructure, which showed signs of the building’s age. However, this did not detract significantly from the overall experience, thanks to the warmth and excellence of the team. Thank you for a memorable stay — I look forward to returning.

I have been to this city three times, each time in five-star hotels. And this hotel left a terrible impression except for the Michelin restaurant The hotel staff feels like they are all high and don't understand what to do. Even the basic spa looks like a regular sauna. The service is terrible, for example, in other hotels they give you a questionnaire and ask what you would like, ask how you feel, take care of your hands and there are many small details that a five-star hotel is simply obliged to do. This is a duty. A duty that is not fulfilled. The hotel had three directors, about 10 years ago, there were pleasant ceremonies for VIP clients, why did they decide to remove this? People spend colossal amounts of money just to come to your hotel, and you turn from a five-star hotel into a one-star hotel. Guys, they even carried water for my dog for an entire hour. You can't even watch basic YouTube on a TV in a five-star hotel, because it simply doesn't exist. Yes, in a five-star hotel there is no YouTube on the TV. Shame! We had to buy an Apple TV to connect it to this TV and watch YouTube. So you understand, this didn’t work either. The Wi-Fi in the hotel is something incredible. It works intermittently. It’s impossible to watch anything even through the purchased Apple TV on the TV. We had to share the Internet from the phone. And I repeat - this is a five-star hotel. If you do not want to die from waiting and from bad service, then never in your life come to this hotel. I also want to add the fact that as soon as we checked in, we went out to buy cigarettes in the store for literally 5 minutes, we came back, and in our room where we didn’t even have time to put our things away, cleaning was going on. Is this normal? We didn’t even ask about cleaning, and some woman was in our room among our documents and passports and valuables. This is not a hotel, this is the beginning of a black hole. We took a premium room, and these are the expectations. The pages in the magazines are torn out. It’s even funny for me to write this comment, because this isn’t a hotel, it’s a kindergarten Why did you move our car from the parking lot to the street, although we didn’t ask about it. The staff did a lot of things that we didn’t ask about. I will attach only normal photos, because I really did not want to waste memory on my phone on this hotel. The hotel left a terrible impression. Thank you very much
