Lava Stone is an incredible place to stay. We stayed in the honeymoon sweet, the views were amazing, accommodation was very clean. Vickie was very helpful from the start, offering to organise and book things for us and nothing was too much effort. Thanks so much! We had a great time for the first stop of our honeymoon
nice place- good view and good location. pretty close to the main view points. the hotel room had free water in the fridge, and the hotel room was overall clean, spacious, and big. the lady at the reception was very nice and friendly.
Extremely disappointed- I m beyond frustrated with my experience at this hotel. I made reservations 2 months in advance, only to have it cancelled just two weeks before the stay without providing any valid explanation and no effort to help find any alternative. This is not at all acceptable. Cancelling so close to the check in date is very unprofessional and shows total lack of regard for customer service. On top of that when I tired rebooking for the same dates the prices of the same package where almost double. This completely shows that they want more money and they don’t want to provide a better customer service.
