Room a bit small. But location good. Service also not bad.
As all the Lavande Hotels, this branch is of great service, modern facilities and free airport pickup service. Restaurants and supermarket are within walking distance. It is likely to be the best in the airport area. The only drawback is it's a bit far away from the metro station. While there is a bus service, I would suggest taking a cab from the metro station because it may be a long wait.
Staff doesn’t speak english (apparently not a must for hotel employee?), bad WiFi reception, room was not clean, even when staff was asked especially to clean it, rooms are not sound proof, staff cannot answer simple tourist questions (for example nearest booking centre, where to buy train tickets to HK, where to exchange money). Many bus lines across the street, enough good food places around the hotel.
