Lavender Boutique Hotel

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at your hotel. The room and facilities were filthy and unhygienic, nothing like the photos shown online. The reality was completely different from what was advertised. Worse, the environment around the hotel was highly inappropriate and unsafe. There were numerous individuals engaging in prostitution who approached guests openly, creating a very uncomfortable and disturbing atmosphere. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and barely spoke any English, making communication very difficult. Despite booking for four nights, I could only tolerate staying for one night due to these issues. When I requested a refund for the remaining nights, my request was refused. This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I strongly advise others not to stay at this hotel.

Truly the worst hotel stay I’ve had. Room was plain, nothing to write home about. Service was terrible—staff lacked basic customer service skills. The parking lot has no elevator, which made carrying bags a nightmare. And the weirdest part: no room keys. You’re dependent on staff just to enter your own room. Creepy and unprofessional.

Manager Zayed, If I could leave a 0 star, I would. My family booked a room with you. That same night, they went out and came back at 3 AM and to their surprised they were already checked out. Good thing some of our families has space in their rooms, otherwise, we will need to look for another room. The carpet is also dirty, very old and torn. It's not welcoming. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. If you are visiting Dubai, especially from another emirates, do not book here. You might end up spending your night in the streets.
