Lavender Hotel Al Nahda Dubai

I’ve stayed at Lavender Hotel several times, and it continues to impress. The front desk staff are efficient and welcoming, with a special thanks to Ms. Pooja and her team for making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free every time. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and located in an area with easy access to major cities—a big plus for both business and leisure stays. A special mention to the seafood restaurant on the ground floor—the food is always fresh and delicious. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service.

Visited this hotel for a client meeting. The location is definitely a plus central and convenient. The place looks nice overall, but it felt like something was missing in terms of luxury and comfort. The biggest downside was that there was no air conditioning. Even though it was over 40°C outside, it made things quite uncomfortable. With a few improvements, especially around guest comfort, this place could really shine.

Very poor service, Frond office staff not friendly, two gents and one lady was there not professional. And the lady supposed to be polite with customer. Attitude problem with customer who contacted over phone to repair TV in the room. Disconnected without respect to the customer and murmuring with angry mood. Even manager as well not professional, he was arguing with one customer at the time of checkout. Customer frustrated at the time of checkout, so we decided to move another hotel. Not recommended at all.
