Great location in centre of Busan. Beach in few minutes walk from hotel. Plenty of shopping and eating places near by.

It is center located in haeundae. Hotel is in a shared building and the lift are also share with other people. It is more like a guest house that a hotel. The corridor is dark and you feel like inside an old residential building. Though the room is OK with no complaint. I may choose to stay in a proper hotel next time.

I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share our poor experience at this hotel. From the dismal service at the front desk to the below-average facilities, it was a letdown. Check-In Experience: We arrived for check-in today, but the receptionist, Mr. Taylor Kim, greeted us with a dismissive attitude. We booked a double deluxe room with a partial sea view through Agoda, yet we were given a room on a lower floor without these specifics. When I asked about upgrading, Mr. Kim was unhelpful, rude, and indifferent, making the language barrier and possible racial bias even more frustrating. Hotel & Room Quality: The reception is oddly located on the third floor in a cramped lobby. Basic amenities require additional fees—even basic toiletries—which is not what you’d expect from a supposedly 4-star hotel. The room was small, lacking a bidet (a feature we had booked), and the balcony appeared unclean. The bed was smaller than a standard queen, and essentials like bathrobes and quality slippers were missing. Overall: This hotel’s service and offerings fall well below expectations. For the price, you’ll find far better accommodations in Busan. I recommend booking elsewhere for a more pleasant stay.
