The hotel is very peaceful and quiet. The decor is modern and understated but still quite homely. I really like the layout of the room where I can sleep without looking at my desk, and work without looking at my bed. The bathroom was nice and big with strong water pressure. The staff was very good as well, making sure my stay was excellent. The closet was actualy a nook with a curtain, and thus somewhat small. So better to keep things folded rather than hanging. Overall highly recommend, will keep on my list for future Paris business trips.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at LAZ' Hôtel Spa Urbain! The hotel is in excellent condition, and the employees are always very helpful and friendly. The rooms (thank you for the upgrade) offer every comfort, have good mattresses, and are very inviting. We are already looking forward to our next visit to LAZ' Hôtel Spa Urbain!
🧳My husband and I stayed for 6 days. The location is good, subway is close, easy to walk to tourists attractions such as the Opera Garnier. Montmartre is a few blocks away. 🛌 rooms were comfortable for 2 persons and one big bag. Matress was comfortable but pillows very thin. 🍳 breakfast was ok, it included scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausages, bacon, breads, pastries, some fruit, yogurt, cereal, dried fruits, juices, coffee and water. The variety was good but the quality was ok. 🧹Housekeeping service everyday with towel changing and complementary water. 🛎️Front desk staff were very nice and spoke english fluently. Housekeeping and breakfast staff spoke very basic English. ♿️ Ramp at the entrance and elevator. 🧐Regarding safety, generally I felt safe but some blocks around the Sant Lazare train stations seem a bit dangerous.
