Lazzoni Hotel

Lovely hotel with accommodating and kind people. The staff was always helpful and when we had an issue with our room, they were extremely apologetic and provided us with an upgrade, gifts and complimentary food. They have a really nice and relaxing spa area. Breakfast has plenty of variety, including fresh eggs. The housekeeping staff were really sweet and did a good job of the cleaning. Beautiful walkway opposite the hotel by the water with a garden area for picnics. They have a good restaurant within the hotel, but you can also choose from several options on the same street (I recommend Smoklin grill and Jinn bar!)

we checked in on March 31 and Kenan was incredibly helpful and extremely generous and being very accommodating to us and our stay, he helped upgrade us during our stay! And he made the whole experience very enjoyable for us. He is an excellent individual and has wonderful customer service skills, I will definitely be coming back to this hotel just based off his wonderful service.

The rooms are nice & good space, but its not that clean compared to other hotels. Also, the Air conditioner was not cold. Regarding the breakfast i have been to other hotels in turkey with better breakfast. The in-room dining is very good & the staff are friendly.
