Nice hotel, relatively large rooms as for 3 valles standard, good breakfast with fresh fruits and choice of french cheeses. Swimming pool was rarely crowded, but sauna was not working for majority of our stay (only small sauna in men section was operating). 10 minut walk to les crosettes and restaurants area. Ski in ski out with literally 2 minutes from Belocotte slope.

+The hotel was nice, the staff was kind and overall professional. + It’s nicely positioned, close to the slope -We had money missing from our room( but it was left at sight in the room not in the vault) - One night the staff had a party in the lobby, got the music going very loud all night and when we called the reception they lied saying that “it’s a wedding and it’s going to pe over soon” (this was in the middle of the week). -the “spa” isn’t in its best shape -breakfast is the same everyday, very limited for a hotel of its kind, and it lacks fruits or vegetables

Arrived at hotel generally a nice bunch at the reception area . Room double bed was grotty and needs to be maintained . The bath tub did not allow you to fill the bath up and water just run down the outlet pipe . Room and turn over was the worst i’ve ever been in , some days they would clean the room and other days they would not bother , spent nine days there , some days they would clean bath others not ... it was not consistent . I had half board which to be perfectly blunt the breakfast was pretty basic opens at 07.30 , the scrambled eggs served in a large ban marie were watery and over cooked and also cold . Generally a bad selection on offer for a hotel that’s needs to be tip top . Restaurant in the evening offers a set menu , starter /mains / dessert The first evening was a Gazpacho soup on offer at 1850 meters high / 1 meter high snow , thought was a slight weird choice to have on the menu , it was green and look like it had small cuts of roasted pepper with a sort of foam which did not work . It was awful the mains , which normally is meat , looks like it’s sous-vide slowly cooked in a bag , asked for it medium arrived to the table rare as rare ! The bread was not offered , there were only five tables and they could not manage , there was a bald guy running around but just couldn’t hold it together , are there twice it was awful need to change this chef who is aiming for a Michelin stars and learn how to walk before he runs ... sometimes simple is best without all the fuss . At the end of the meal had to crack open a pack of walkers crisps which i had purchased in Gatwick airport ... i was still hungry .. the other sister hotel i thought was better , in choice .
