We had many business meetings with great privacy, that was we were looking for. The place is full of interesting people. What I love of this place is that I don't feel I'm in an hotel, is like being at home. This is the place I will stay each time I'll go to Uruguay

I don't usually write bad reviews, but this experience with this hotel is a warning to other travelers. The hotel looks nice on pictures, but the reality is that is super old and rundown. Since the day I arrived, my shower was not working, only boiling water came out. I asked reception to look into it. They said plumber would come immediately. For the 5 days I was there, they never fixed my shower!! I had to go to another room every time. There is also only ONE staff member, so it's impossible to get anything resolved. I asked to checkout earlier because this situation was not acceptable. Hotel refused to help and even give me a partial credit for this disaster of an experience. I would NOT recommend to stay here, and avoid a bad experience.

These people took our money when we cancelled by accident and wouldn't allow us to stay. They hung up on us when we called and then wouldn't answer the phone again. We went by the hotel to check it out. The neighborhood is good and walkable with cafes and lots of Tudor houses. The hotel was run down and, as I said, the people were remarkably rude. Give it a miss.
