Le Bis Hotel

Wonderful, simple, modern pleasing aesthetic, clean. Breakfast included. They were thoughtful, and even when I turned the "do not disturb" sign on, I appreciated that they left my daily water outside my room for me.

- Rooms with very thin walls, we waked up for 2 night straight a crazy couple screaming and shouting having s*x at 2 am, even with thicker walls we would hear them honestly, very disrespectful! They put music every night too. - Service hotel staff was average, they never ask you if you need anything or just greet the guest, that doesn't happen. - Coffee shop was a plus, the staff there was very nice and really good coffee - breakfast very bad, everything is fried so I ended up having bread with butter - Location is good - Infrastructure of the hotel is nice and modern I think there are better options for this price and closer to the old city with a better service.

I have lived in Thailand for five years, and this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in at this price. I hope everyone will not book this hotel: 1. The room is very small. 2. The cold and hot water in the bathroom are poorly designed, and it is very uncomfortable to take a shower. 3. The breakfast is very monotonous. 4. The sound insulation is very poor, and the voices of the neighbors can be heard clearly, and doing other things is... 5. Most importantly, the service attitude of the waiter is very poor, which makes me feel that this is not a Chiang Mai hotel. The service of Chiang Mai hotels is often very good. There are many better hotels of the same price in Chiang Mai, so don't book this one! Otherwise, you will regret it like me! 0 star if I can！
