Exceptional hotel! Nice, tidy and cosy with very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant looks quite ordinary but with it’s supersonic service and exceptional food, makes it a very nice memory and great recommendation for future guests!

Great "small" hotel with a big heart and hospitality. the staff is always pleasant, all smiling, always ready to help and make the vacation nicer and better. Playrooms for children, swimming pool, location near the ski slopes... Delicious and varied food. The view from the restaurant is breathtaking. We enjoyed ourselves... we will be happy to come back.

Decent hotel with great slope near its entrance. It would all be good … but the dinners. Not only the food is ugly, which is surprising in Italy, but the service is the worst. Each evening you wait up to two hours in the midst of chaos for 4 disgusting or mediocre dishes. The fourth day our table was ignored again which made me very angry. The service lead explained to me like to a baby that shouting is not the way to make him help me. He really did not even understand that he is working, not helping. The only reason I did not obliterate him on the spot is the fact I did not want to create eveng bigger scene infront of my familly. So if you want to wait for disgusting food for hours and be lectured if you dont like it this is the place for you. I will not visit again.
