VERY helpful and prompt communication and accommodation. A room was available for us to reach by elevator. This was very convenient, as we had a wheelchair and a lot of luggage. Clean. Short taxi ride from FCO airport. Breakfast voucher provided for local coffee shop/bakery.

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PHOTOS OR THE INFORMATION USED ON THIS HOTEL’S WEBSITE!!!!!!! We were completely disappointed in our stay here. The photos and information on your website could really be classed as false advertising. There is nothing luxurious about this hotel at all. We booked 2 rooms as a family of 5. Let’s start with Room no. 1 Very small and not a lot of room to move let alone have suitcases in there. Your website advertises sound proof walls - hard to believe this as the man in the room next door to us could be heard snoring all night, as could the couple upstairs having sex. Room number 4......... How you can even book this room out and allow people to stay in this room is absolutely disgusting! We checked in late and on entering the room noticed a smell. We also noticed the mould on the bathroom ceiling. We opened the window to let some fresh air in and quickly got ready to go out for dinner. When we returned, the smell was still there and we realised it was stronger in the bathroom. The smell of mould!!!! The bathroom was riddled with it. My daughter wanted a shower before going to bed. She ended up having to get out of the shower to vomit as the smell was so horrendous. After that, we closed the door and never went back in that bathroom. Luckily we had 2 rooms booked. As there was no one at reception at this time of night we were unable to request a room change. We all had to use the bathroom and toilet in room no. 1 for the remainder of that night and the next morning until we checked out.

Disaster. Dirty. We had to carry 3 heavy bags ourselves up the stairs to the 2nd floor because there is no elevator. After 20 hours on the road. The air conditioner doesn't work. Windows can't be opened - it's noisy. The hotel name doesn't match the reality. We will never stay here again and we don't recommend it to you.
