Good hotel, problem to communicate in English, but they always do their best to solve situation.
They do not respect the offer and ask 3 times the price for the last 3 nights (10 in total). When complain they say that can't help and when ask to check out earlier due to not respected agreement they refuse to refund the advanced payment. The hotel is old and dirty, no food service ( only frozen and microwave). Breakfast with low quality food and not choices.
We have arrived at 10:15 am, and were offered an early check-in costing 50% of a full night rate, for the only 2hs remaining... We tried to negotiate the price, but it would be 50% or nothing... So we were made to wait two hours in the lobby, after having arrived from a long journey. Other than that, the service was good.
