A cool spot. You are in the sea.

I was a guest at the Casasse "Paradiso" - condominium...- apt. 8. Very nice view, nothing to say but, for the rest we are not at all there! Despite the cost (over €300 per night) they did not take care to provide either complimentary water, or a bathroom kit, or a dish towel or a bidet towel. Furthermore, I find it unfair that the "possible" supplement for a pet is the considerable sum of €20.00 per day which is not disclosed in advance. The furniture is dated and, therefore, I found the bed slats detached. After my report, or rather, my husband's because they no longer answered my phone, the owner came forward with a profusion of apologies, telling me, since I had complained believing that the accommodation was in the seaside village and not on the Aurelia - my fault the address was written but the presentation deceived me - that the next day an accommodation in the village would probably be available and he would let me know about the move..... I'm still waiting! - At 5:30 pm the girl from the reception arrives with the worker who starts nailing all the slats of the bed... Well, with the cost paid and the inconvenience caused to me, I find it really sad that there was no tangible gesture of regret for what happened. So, if you like to feel like a "guest", and not a customer, this place is not for you. It certainly is not for me. Orietta

Quite a large house, poorly lit, with only 1 window + the French window. Not clean at all: there was a stain under the toilet seat, passing toilet paper on the sink shelf it turned black, dust everywhere, black chairs and only ONE and I repeat 1 roll of toilet paper. They also don't even provide spray bottles for cleaning. Luckily we only stayed one day but if someone was staying longer this would be a major inconvenience. No dish towels or even paper towels to dry them, dish soap sipped in a tiny tube, as if we weren't supposed to use too much. What can I say, if I didn't know the region I was in I would guess with "Liguria". They exploit you to the cent. The parking paid 20€ supplement is 10 minutes walk from the house, with a stretch also dangerous to walk ... I paid for parking until 11 but the house and parking keys must be placed in their box in an alley different from the one where the apartment is located no later than 11, but if I paid until that time it is my right to use the parking until the established time, if not even beyond. To recap top location, right in front of the sea, the only positive note, for the rest the cleanliness needs to be reviewed and not to force customers to go and buy oil, vinegar, salt and VERY SERIOUS toilet paper. I use a different account from the booking one, because I cannot make my name and surname public.
