Le Chalet Victoria

This is a completely charming and relaxing place. The buildings are traditional Swiss and extremely well maintained and decorated. The breakfasts were large delicious and healthy (all appreciated) and many dishes were homemade. Yum. The spa was amazing and perfect after skiing. Also the family owning it is very friendly and thoughtful. The newest family member (a dachshund) is sweet. Fantastic place!

We organized an ecstatic weekend retreat and everything went amazing ! Thank you very much Victoria Retreat & SPA Vercorin, we will come back. From the preparation, the communication, to when we arrive, the venue, to then leaving the space, everything went smoothly. We especially appreciated the kindness of the management, the quality of the rooms, the beauty of the SPA and surroundings, as well as the care, flexibility, clarity & attention we received and exchanged. Beautiful & warm venue.

We stayed at the hotel for New Years weekend. At best, it is an overpriced 3 star hotel with prices similar to a 4 or 5 star hotel. The owners are more interested in your money than actually creating an enjoyable holiday experience. Staff at the restaurant seem to be amateurs, often forgetting our orders, not to mention the low quality food. We had a fondue that was quite literally tasteless, like it was cut with water, and when we asked for more details the owner tried to reply indirectly with answers that did not add up. Would not recommend unless you are willing to spend a lot of $$$ for subpar quality and service.
