Le Champ Tu Le

A peaceful getaway surrounded by nature. The resort has stunning mountain views, fresh air, and beautiful architecture using wood and bamboo. The hot mineral pool is a must-try! Staff were friendly, though the restaurant service could be quicker and the menu more diverse, especially on weekends. Still, a great place to relax—I’ll be back!

Good: - service was good, the staff were very attentive. One moment the buggy driver even waited for us at the parking lot to drive us to our room when we were back from dinner. The other moment the staff at reception offered to take my car for servicing when i had a flat tire. - the view and the landscaping weren’t amazing. Love the hot spring bath besides the hot spring, very nice. The landscaping work is done with care, lots of big 100 years+++ old trees was a huge plus. Every room has a view to the valley in front with terraced rice field and Tu Le spring. - very accessible: the resort itself was located right at the national road 32. Many restaurants nearby and close to Tu Le market - Many activities to keep the kids busy: the Fairy cave was just perfect fit for kids and parents to explore together, the hot spring pool was amazing for swimming all day. The Aries hill park inside the resort was enough for adults to spend half a day conquering the high rope courses and the zipline. - the breakfast buffet was delicious Bad: - The male changing room at the hot spring pool occasionally has people peeing at it. The staff there need to enforce people to wear swimsuit and take a bath before jumping in the pool

We had a great stay here. This is one of the resorts that we were really impressed and enjoyed, everything exceeded our expectations. The scenery is extremely beautiful and breathtaking. The staff here are extremely friendly and professional, many staff can communicate well in English, you can ask and get information support anytime you need. The food here is also very diverse and fresh, there is a hot mineral bath area which is very good for health. They have a buggy service that moves very quickly and conveniently in the resort. We appreciate the hospitality and recommend the resort.
