One of the best affordable boutique hotels I’ve stayed in! This hotel is magnificent—where old-world charm meets modern design. The décor is exquisite, with thoughtful attention to detail throughout. The service is outstanding, and the breakfast is a highlight: everything is homemade and delicious. It’s a cozy, stylish place with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Plus, the pillows are incredibly comfortable! Highly recommended for travelers looking for a beautiful, affordable boutique hotel experience.
Beautifully designed boutique hotel, secluded in the heart of Chania. The attention to details (from the fresh and locally sourced breakfast to the toiletries manufactured in Greece) and the attentiveness of the staff (the patience and understanding of the hotel manager, the cleanliness, the kindness with which we were met at the reception, breakfast always served with a smile, the recommendation regarding activities, places and restaurants) made our stay in Crete very enjoyable, even after a bumpy and disappointing start we experienced with another hotel. The hotel manager was very welcoming and managed to find us a room without previous booking. The rooms have all the modern amenities while respecting the original architecture of the building. We appreciate the use of quality materials and techniques. The decor is tasteful, a contemporary interpretation that blends beautifully. Breakfast terrace was such a treat, small yet elegant and charming. Everything about Aisha Hotel was wonderful and we will definitely return. Thank you!
The pre-arrival information, attention, welcome, and room settling in were all very warm and pleasant. The hotel's location is superb. It's a 30-second walk to the old town. Our room was a two-story Ontas room with a city view. The design and quality were undeniable. My only negative comment about the room was that the air conditioning wasn't sufficient for the upstairs bedroom, but it wasn't unbearable. Breakfast, while limited in variety, was quite adequate and of high quality. Now, let's move on to this hotel's single most significant shortcoming. We stayed for three nights. By the end of the first day, our room was cleaned, our towels changed, and our bed made. However, on the second day, unfortunately, only clean towels were provided, and none were included. The dirty towels in the room weren't removed, the trash wasn't emptied, and the glasses weren't replaced. The next morning, we were told, "We're sorry we couldn't update your room due to the high volume of people," but unfortunately, this was a mistake I, and I think everyone, would understand. This mistake and this apology are completely unbecoming of this hotel, which is truly perfect in every way. However, I urge you not to give up on this hotel because of this mistake. Just talk about it when you log in and explain that you don't want to experience something like that. They will definitely listen to you and won't make the same mistake.
