Le Cinque Lusso Recoleta

I never leave reviews but this is a really bad hotel - dirty sheets, blood on the wall, curtains didn’t close, filthy bathroom. They said was room was clean and it hadn’t been cleaned at all so had to change. Numerous problems - definitely don’t stay here, it’s shockingly bad.

Not sure how they are able to maintain the four starts category. Cleanness is terrible! Hair everywhere, bedsheets with stains, curtains dirty, toilet… let’s not even get there. Worst hotel I’ve been, for a true fours stars bill, but a below-hostel standards.

The only good thing about this hotel is placement, it's close to everything and the metro. Now for the bad part: There is no kitchen, and no way to warm anything (but toasts) so if you want melted cheese, warm bread, you won't find it here, also, stay the hell away if you have food allergies. The hotel is old, cigarette and mold smells will be present at all times, the wardrobes really smell like they are from the 40's. The elevator doesn't work most of the time. The staff is bad, good luck trying to get new toilet paper, or anything for that matter, no one speaks English, or Portuguese,or Chinese, we tried, the receptionists are kinda rude. Also, there are holes on mattresses and bed sheets, only stay here if you are desperate to save money, and you don't expect any service whatsoever.
