The perfect location to stay if you want to visit Florence. Its really nice and quit. We loved the service. Marco made our stay really comfortabele. The pool and the view are amazing. The appartements are nice, with cute italian style. We liked the airconditioning in our appartement.

Great host, location, comfort, affordability and nature As many have said, Marco is a very pleasant and engaged host The location is an easy bus ride from the business of the centre of Florence In 20 min or so, and for less than €2 bus fare you can hear bird calls. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable with well equipped kitchen and the ability to BBQ outside The pool and view are perfect All this for less than half the cost of a small room in a central hotel

Le Civette, in an enchanting natural setting in the beautiful Tuscan hills and very close to the wonderful Florence. A welcoming, relaxing and uncontaminated place. My little dog and I spent 3 weeks in this great little Eden and returned to Milan decidedly regenerated. The apartment was spacious, clean and with all comforts. The air conditioning saved us from this year's scorching heat. I especially loved the splendid swimming pool and the nature around where you found peace, silence and lots of relaxation.
