Nice hotel and the reception was fast, the room is nice and well furnished and spacious and it was quiet. I enjoyed my stay for four working days. Their services were fast. I enjoyed the gym on the seventh floor as well as the swimming pool. The reception desk was smooth in giving me a very late checkout time because of my flight departure time at 9 pm. I will visit again in the near future.
Ms. Hadeel Al-Shahrani, the front desk receptionist, is one of the most professional and courteous receptionists I have ever dealt with. She possesses excellent communication skills and creates a remarkable first impression for guests. Her experience in the hospitality field, along with her welcoming demeanor, leaves a lasting and positive impression on visitors. The hotel itself is exceptional—extremely clean, with highly professional and respectful staff. The spacious rooms are also very impressive. Without a doubt, it will remain one of my favorite hotels.
I travel more than 100 days a year. This hotel excels in every sector. Bare in mind staff communication in English is good enough. Front desk staff are superiors. Nothing is impossible for them and always positive. Breakfast is very good. Many thanks to Mohammad AlDousary and the rest of the front desk staff for their generous efforts. Vision 2030 is working
