We were gifted a night for two through Riviera Radio in Saint Endemol. It is such a beautiful place & we were so lucky to be able to experience this immersion into nature on a full moon night in May 💜 Staff were welcoming & super friendly in particular at the spa, the room was beautiful, the breakfast was tasty & super generous but the highlight for us was the dinner in the restaurant which was really delicious in the most breathtaking & romantic setting. We even got up early & had a pre-breakfast dip in the swimming pool to the sound of the birdsongs. Thank you for your hospitality 🙏
Beautiful, challenging golf course. Terrible restaurant. Service: unprofessional and unattentive. Food quality is extremely low. Portions are small, prices are high. My advice: avoid having a meal, but order a bottle of champagne and enjoy the gorgeous views.
Well is a fabulous place ! But the service reservation , and the communication is totally lost somewhere… I book a beautiful day for my daughter birthday, and after 3 phone call’s the personal was not so helpful and send me to the website. Because is the only way to make reservation ? Okay so if is tge Only way was the website. Ok I book “ with a birthday note “ paid and wait … I was thinking is going to be a good surprise. I fortunately was more complicated as plan . I never received my “ voucher “ she never get the “ coupon “ so after sending the receipt ( with the price on it …) I call from over sea 4 times to ask when I’m going to receive my “ gift certificate “ and no one was helpful. The answer was you need to wait …. After 2 weeks still nothing! Really disappointed I send her my receipt and tell her to call too. she take finally a appointment, but was really Painful for me & her . Calling couple time directly to make sure she going to enjoy het day… No one look to find her or reservation! Anyway after she was there she get the “ day” but with attitude and the spa ask her to paid a EXTRA 2€ for …(?) not too sure why . I f you want to be a Hight class hotel / spa I don’t think is the right way to do with customers. Better to fixe the problem, and apologize with some reel excuses . So again is a good place to visit and eat , but the management need to take action on communication and make sure This manner don’t come again and ask the website designer to make ajustements on “ buy on line “ so people buying on line a gift …”will receive the sweet note, and not send the invoice to proof the payment!
