They let me stay first when they have a room available. The care is good. The staff are polite. There are nail salons, beauty salons, banks, and markets nearby. This area is worth staying in overall.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is perfect — close to everything we needed. The staff were incredibly polite, professional, and always ready to help with anything we asked. We were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded our room since we were staying for a week, which made our experience even better. The pool was amazing — a real highlight — and the gym had everything we needed for a good workout. I booked this hotel last minute, and I can honestly say it saved our vacation. I have no regrets and would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is in average good condition and in a good area almost in the city center, the rooms are smaller with a balcony but very clean. Breakfast is basic but with a bit of everything. The staff are more than average, I think it's part of Thai culture to be helpful and respectful with others. The one negative aspect I noticed is that the water in the bathtub almost spills out onto the bathroom floor. The plastic curtain doesn't seal the water enough and easily increases the chances of slipping. Another negative aspect is the air-conditioning light, which is left on and makes the whole room bright and I had to cover the light with duct tape so I can sleep.
