Le Eminence Puncak Hotel Convention & Resort

Everything is great. The view is amazing even tho we were in the cheapest room. Breakfast menu variety is wide, and every dish i taste is well cooked. A room with balcony, accompany with little table and chair setup feels like home. But they missed one thing and that is ashtray, but it's fine as long as the operator is there to assist. Bathroom is very clean, a bathtub is like an extra bonus for this room's price range. My only issue with this room is the AC that almost feels like there is none, i would open my balcony door and let the nature chill the entire room rather than set the temperature on the AC because it kinda not working. I have not yet visit the cafe, i will definitely pay a visit when we come back. Outside park with river alongside is one of a kind for me for the first time, although I'm not sure if i must pay admissions to enter it or not but we certainly sure the park is amazin just by looking from far away. Staff is well mannered and professional, we have zero complain and in fact we are so happy to talk to them. (Edit) They gave us 2 key card for two guests instead of one like hotel usually do, this is a very good thing to do ! Overall this hotel will take care of you for everything you need, and you have a place that can make you feel like at home with soothing rivers sound and green view. Will definitely coming back soon!

Its a 5 star hotel. A very nice hotel with spectacular view of the mountains and river. The hotel room was nice, with a bathtub so the kids can play in it. It has 3 different kind of swimming pools. The deep one with a depth of 1.5 m and a shallow one are with normal, though can be considered as cold, water. The last pool is a shallow one with warm water. It also has a gym The breakfast was nice and proper taste. The staff are also welcoming and provided us with good service throughout our stay there. There's many to do for the adults and children at the back of the hotel. Mini trekking, play in the river (although you have be careful as the river flow is quite fast), chill in the cafe, horse riding, animal feeding, play in the high ropes. It also has its own Masjid, which is very appreciated. It is used also for Friday Prayer. It has its negative side a bit. The paints on the walls need to be redo so it can look stunning again. But other than that, we really enjoyed our stay there. Recommended.

Bad experience, room quality is low in cleanliness and maintenance. The food is not delicious at all both coming from the breakfast buffet and room service. Very low maintenance around the field. They don’t have umbrella so you need to bring yours. Very slippery after rain around the field. Extra bed is 350k exclude breakfast. How do they even justify this? I paid 1,9 mio for a junior suite but this is the worst 5 star hotel experience. Not recommend Nothing is charming other than the views, i suggest to get the cheapest room without breakfast.
