"Great Family Stay with Excellent Service!" We stayed here for a night on our way home and were very pleased with the experience. The rate was very reasonable for our whole family, and the room had two beds (one big, one small), which was perfect for us. Our booking included breakfast, which was a nice bonus. There was a small hiccup with the room key cards, but the staff fixed it right away—they were always attentive, friendly, and ready to help with any request. We really appreciated how kind and responsive they were. Everyone, from the front desk to the housekeeping and pool staff, was sweet, professional, and went out of their way to assist us, especially since we had small children with minor needs. The hotel itself was lovely—the pool had just been renovated in a modern style, and they even sold pool amenities in case you forgot anything (so thoughtful!). We also enjoyed looking at the wine room and bar area; it looks such a great place to relax. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would love to come back. Keep up the great work!

The good: From the moment we arrived till the moment we check out, we were treated with such respect. All the staffs were so kind and helpful. The room has so much space and it is so clean, it made our family feel so comfortable hanging out together. The vibe and the decor brought us back to the good old days. It really made us feel like royalty there. It was such great stay for us that no one wanted to leave. Will definitely come back again. The imperfection: The breakfast buffet options were a little limited. If more was offered would had been so perfect. Either there is not much sound proof between rooms, or our next door guests were just having too much fun. The manager helped us get a different room so we could have a better night sleep, which we were really grateful!
