Le Gallus

We arrived on October 5 and found it to be very comfortable. the beds are nice and rooms are clean. The place is very quiet as well. We were attended by a young man at the front desk, for over two days. This employee was, in my mind, an outstanding person. Very happy to help us, had a great attitude and was always very helpful. The hotel should know this, they are lucky to have him

Very good! Super clean, Nice bed, good shower! Took this hotel as an stop for our trip to Italy. Second time we’ve been here, this time we took our family. They were also very happy with this place.

One first sight everything looked okay. The man at the reception was very nice and helpful and speaks English very well. The room on the other hand was outdated, not well cleaned (some hairs from the previous guests) and the bathroom totally flooded after just one shower! Luckily I was just passing through and didn't stay long. The most horrible experience of the stay was that the next day, there was a lady at the reception... Although there is a sign of a French and English flag symbol on the desk of the reception, this lady kept on firing French words at me like there was no tomorrow. I replied in English, and she got irritated even more! She definitely ruined my morning and breakfast (which wasn't great and the place wasn't cleaned just like the knives and forks). So the conclusion is that this accommodation deserves one star and shouldn't be listed on Booking at all! If you want a horrible stay and like to be verbally assaulted, this is the place to be!
