I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The view from my room was absolutely stunning — a perfect way to start and end each day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm, welcoming, and truly relaxing. What really stood out to me was the exceptional service. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. The butlers went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a beautiful setting.
Le Germain Hotel Maple Leaf Square in Toronto strikes a near-perfect balance between location, comfort, and attentive service. Nestled steps from Union Station and the Scotiabank Arena, it’s a dream base for exploring the city’s vibrant downtown core. The design is sleek and modern, with warm wood accents and thoughtful touches that make each room feel like a private retreat. What truly elevates the experience, though, is the consistently praised service—gracious, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, this hotel delivers a polished, boutique experience that feels both personal and effortlessly convenient.
Front desk has a bit of an attitude problem. I came in said "hi how are you " , and not much of a welcome in return from the front desk. Then I inquired about valet parking and " she just said they're busy right now " I said okay can I valet park - and at that point she asked are you staying at the hotel ? I said no ,but we have dinner reservations. She put her walkie talkie down , which she initially picked up to call valet and literally just went silent. After an awkward silence I interrupted andI said okay can I get my car valeted. And just said at 4:00. No explanation , literally just a blank stare. And I said "uh okay I guess " It was honestly so cold and so rude that I had to write this review. If you don't want me to park here - even though our normal protocol was to have dinner here before a game and park and then go - then just let me know that it's for hotel guests only. But the attitude was so dismissive that we've chosen to no longer make this a regular pit stop before we attend a game. And all though we've gotten rooms here a few times I don't think we'll be picking this place again because we do not feel welcome
