Heart of baie comeau, rooms are rustic, surprisingly spacious, but floors are a bit creaky... couldn't find an elevator, so had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor... not a big deal though. Good stay.
Staff spoke only french when checking in, so it was a little difficult. No elevator. Old historic hotel that has been somewhat renovated. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Parking was minimal, so we had to park on the street.
No elevator, no hot water for a shower and when we informed them, they just shrugged . Didn’t give us a discount, or hot water! The decor throughout is old and dated. No ability to stream on the TV.
