Very pleasant stay, very beautiful house. Clean, tidy, and pleasant accommodation. Spacious garden and terrace, and the entire accommodation is comfortable. Rooms with air conditioning that works very well, ideal for keeping mosquitoes away. I highly recommend this rental and would recommend it to friends and family if needed. In case of any problems, the owner is always available and makes himself available quickly. He is a very welcoming, pleasant, and generous person. We had a dishwasher break down, and twice the owner took three hours of his personal time to resolve the problem. Having such an involved person who takes such careful care of his rental and the tenants is rare, which is why I would like to thank him for making this stay so easy. Very functional cottage for a stay of 4 people for 3 weeks. We will remember from our visit to Martinique the welcome of our hosts who, despite our late arrival, had provided us with an evening meal, a basket of fresh fruit, etc. The geographical location of this gîte allows you to easily visit both the North and the South of the island. The garden is superb, the barbecue is a significant asset if you are lucky enough to have lobsters to taste. all you have to do is go see the fishermen at the port of Robert. We had a very pleasant stay, and enjoyed this 60 m² terrace during our evening meals. Our hosts gave us the pleasure of accepting an aperitif one evening and we spent a very friendly and warm time with them. We will remember from our visit to Martinique, magnificent landscapes, sporty but very attractive hikes as well as the kindness of the inhabitants. We recommend this gîte 100%.

Stay planned from February 20 to March 12, 2025, shortened to March 1. The +: Very warm welcome with evening meal, fruit and breakfast the next day provided by the host. Clean sanitary facilities. Excellent wifi connection. Magnificent lush garden, pleasant terrace, barbecue and charcoal available. Close to shops and pharmacies (we recommend Bravo pharmacy). Raisiniers Beach 10 minutes by car. Understanding host who tried to help us and who reimbursed us for the nights we did not spend in this accommodation. THE - : ⚠️ Presence of bedbugs forcing us to make purchases, to spend long hours cleaning the house and furniture, cleaning which revealed cockroaches and cockroaches. However, it is not enough to eliminate bedbugs. The house seems to lack ventilation between rentals, the humidity favoring odors and small creatures... Hopefully the owner has called on a competent professional to get rid of the bedbugs once and for all. Other observations: In the kitchen, leaking sink faucet, use of the hood to avoid. Shower cabin to be replaced: leak at the level of the tray which is collapsed, verdigris on the shower gel holder. Lack of coat hooks or hooks in the kitchen and in the bedrooms.
