What an amazing place! I had a truly restful stay, Everyone was absolutely polite, helpful and kind — the beds were incredibly comfortable, the room was perfectly quiet, and the temperature was just right. I slept like a baby. The food was outstanding — not just delicious, but beautifully presented too. Every meal felt special. The beach was simply breathtaking. I loved being able to walk along the shore, soak in the views, and listen to the cicadas singing in the trees. It was the perfect environment to unwind. I’d absolutely recommend this place for families and couples looking to relax. It’s a hidden gem that’s definitely worth a visit!
The hotel complex is very, very beautiful. The grounds are spacious and extend all the way to the beach. After some back and forth, we received a nice upgrade as HH Diamond members. The room was large, nicely furnished, and had a terrace. However, in the rooms facing the street, traffic noise can be heard throughout the day. The breakfast was of very good quality, although the menu was rather limited. After a week, it became a bit repetitive. The staff were generally friendly but quite reserved — probably also because many of them spoke little or no English. All in all, a good hotel. In my opinion, however, there is still room for improvement in terms of service — especially considering the price.
I liked the spacious rooms, which looked more modern than on the hotel website, so this was a nice surprise! Free water and mini bar included in the room. The parking was EUR 18 a day which I find excessive and I really didn’t enjoy having to pay EUR 65 a day to use the sunbeds on the beach. I think as a hotel guest, this should be included, otherwise used as credit towards F&B. Outside guests could also reserve the sunbeds, which meant you had to plan when you wanted to use the beds in advance and sometimes I just don’t want to have to plan ahead on a vacation. Since there is no outdoor pool, this cost for all hotel guests should be removed, as there is no alternative. The food at the beach is quite frankly terrible and limited. Luckily the Rosé went down perfectly and deliciously! Shoutout to Luca (at the beach) who welcomed us daily with a big smile and did everything to make us feel comfortable and relaxed! Thank you!!
