A very nice and warm welcome, a beautiful bungalow, big, clean room, comfortable mattress and pillows. Loved the selection of different foods for dinner and drinks in the bar.
This place is fantastic the beach is clean the pool is so nice rooms are big with comfy beds and clean room But the service is extremely rude life guard yelling and kicking people out of the pool because they jumped in the water even if the pool is freaking EMPTY he will still kick you out he is extremely disrespectful and rude and mean to people bro thinks he is the owner of the pool kicking people out what a disrespectful man he also disrespect the tourists he doesn't do his job he is sitting in the bar dinking beer all day and only yells at people But overall it's nice to stay in the food is good I honestly recommend it
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this beach bar. What should have been a relaxing visit turned into something very uncomfortable due to the aggressive and inappropriate behavior of the security at the beach gate. He was openly asking us for money — not privately, but right out on the street in front of everyone. It was shameless and completely unprofessional. He even told us the bar was “full” when it clearly wasn’t(Monday), despite the fact that we had already spent money there. On our way out, he stopped us again to ask for money and followed us to our car. It felt more like harassment than anything else. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable. Security staff are supposed to make people feel safe — not intimidated. I left feeling upset and disrespected, and I won’t be coming back. Management seriously needs to take action if they care at all about their reputation and customer safety.
