This was my first hotel straight from the plane. The hotel manager Richard is amazing! He is very knowledgeable, honest, and consistent. The rooftop bar and pool area has great views . The bar girls will play pool with you and make you great drinks!!! 7/11,mini c, and smile are all close by.

I recently stayed at your property on night of the 18th, May, 2025, room 315 and unfortunately, my experience was far below acceptable standards. I am writing to formally request a refund due to several serious issues encountered during my stay: • The air conditioner was not cooling properly, making the room very uncomfortable. • There was no hot water available throughout my stay. • Basic toiletries such as body soap and shampoo were not provided. • There were no power outlets accessible near the bed. • The door lock felt unsafe and did not provide proper security. • Most concerning, there were cockroaches in the bathroom, and visible rusty metal which posed a hygiene and safety risk. Given these conditions, I believe a refund is a fair and reasonable request. I chose your hotel expecting basic comfort and cleanliness, which were not provided. Please let me know how this can be resolved. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope you will consider this request seriously.

Absolutely horrible. Main lights in room didn’t work I had to use bathroom lights entire time. The toilet did not flush they had to send maintenance to fix it. There was no soap in the bathroom and a used toothbrush left behind from previous guest. When I finally got a soap it was the smallest bottle in history and the front desk said that I was given the wrong one, he was surprised at how small it was and he gave me the right bottle. THERE IS NO HOT WATER. I ran the water for an hour checking every 10 minutes no hot water ever came out. No one ever came to clean my room or replace towels, I never left my room for more than 15 minutes each morning so I know for a fact they never came. They never even knocked on door to offer to clean or replace anything. The breakfast buffet is only bread and eggs, except on the second day they ran out of bread. It’s the exact same bread that is at the market next door so the fact that they couldn’t walk next door and buy more bread is absolutely crazy. No water, no juice, just bread (sometimes), eggs, and jelly. The toaster stopped working on the second day. There is roof top pool except there’s no water in it. There is a rooftop bar except it’s in disarray and obviously hasn’t been used in years. Terrible place wouldn’t stay here again.
