Absolute fantastic hotel. The room, the views, the experience and the staff. Beautifully kept hotel, wonderful selection of food at a very good price, fantastic alcoholic drinks (ha). The experience was wonderful from the start, from lovely Justice taking in our bags, to the FOH staff. all the waiters were brilliant, especially the wonderful lady in the eves who really went above and beyond. The water activities were great and the team there very helpful - we snorkelled, kayaked and paddle boarded. I had a fantastic massage in the spa with the wonderful gentleman who also did the yoga sessions. Loved our experience here. Thank you to all. Gutted to leave!

Beautiful resort. We stayed in the beachside jacuzzi pool which came with a private heated pool and it was so worth it. Lovely views, our kid enjoyed his time at the pool. Beach is a little rocky but they have a lot of water sports included - kayaking, clear boat, snorkeling etc. Restaurants and room service is good as well. Breakfast buffet had decent selection. All activities booked with the hotel as well. Melanie was very helpful with that.

Our stay at La Jadis Resort was truly exceptional. The staff were, for the most part, remarkably warm, attentive, and genuinely accommodating—even going out of their way to communicate with us kindly despite occasional language differences. While the rooms show some signs of age, they are clearly well maintained, thoughtfully equipped, and extremely comfortable. The pools were consistently clean and inviting, always ready for use. The resort offers a wide selection of food and beverages, including shisha, catering to a broad range of tastes. The highlight for us was undoubtedly the spa, which stands out as one of the most peaceful, immaculately maintained spa experiences we’ve had anywhere in the world. I typically avoid resort spas, but this one was so serene, pristine, and well-run that I thoroughly enjoyed it—something that genuinely surprised me. Buffets were delicious with a great variety of options, and the overall facilities throughout the resort were user-friendly and readily available. We would gladly return to Mauritius and would choose La Jadis again without hesitation.
