This place was perfect for what we needed. We stayed here twice, the day we got in and the night before we flew back home. The rooms are super clean and a nice blend of old and new. The neighbourhood is amazing. Nice little park area across the street with cafe/bars and playgrounds for the kids. Grocery store is nearby as well as other restaurants and cafes. Metro is also close by. Would definitely stay here again!
Beautiful place so close to the airport. Sumptuous Villa with all the amenities you could expect.
The room was very nice. High ceilings, stylish, clean and overall new. The bathroom was also particularly clean and nice. I personally really like the bed and bedding in the room, as well as the amount of lighting (the room is very bright with all of the lights on). The room is just as nice as it is in the listing pictures. If the room itself is your top priority— this is your pick. That said the bathroom contained very limited amenities, I believe there had just been an all in one shampoo/soap. It was also a bit inconvenient that guests are not permitted to adjust the A/C. You don’t get much noise from the adjacent rooms but there will be some unavoidable plane and traffic noises. It was a bit unclear to us whether the water in the room was complimentary so we did not take it. If it was, they’re a but more generous than other accommodations on that front. The only feature of the facility that actually bothered me was the extremely strong perfume in the common area of the building (though thankfully not the rooms) Access was relatively easy. The key codes were sent through Expedia and we had no issue. The lack of line breaks made it a bit difficult to read but the instructions were clear. The hotel is a bit farther away from major tourist attractions so one would need to make use of public transport because the distance isn’t walkable. Getting Bolts from the hotel had been a bit difficult though because of the location of the hotel and the somewhat complex surrounding streets. We originally booked this hotel our last night before departure because of proximity to the airport but it took nearly 30 minutes to get a Bolt driver to confirm our trip. Our previous hotel in Alfama had an optional £30 shuttle which is admittedly more expensive, but reliable.
