A wonderful hotel ! The location is amazing and the staff very kind and professional. Very welcoming and pleasant room service, valet parking, shuttle van, reception, concierge, restaurants … A special mention to the fantastic SPA

I had high expectations for this hotel, given its reputation and history, but unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The front desk staff was incredibly rude—not just unhelpful, but downright dismissive. They looked at me as if I was an inconvenience rather than a paying guest, which set a terrible tone from the start. The service overall was great, and I can’t fault the housekeeping or restaurant teams, but the room smelled absolutely awful. It was unbearable, and when I approached the front desk about changing rooms, they flat-out refused, showing zero concern for guest comfort. For the price and prestige of this hotel, I expected far better treatment. I would highly recommend looking at other hotels in courchevel —there are plenty of excellent options nearby that offer both great service and hospitality. I won’t be staying here again.

Definitely not a 5 stars hotel, our room had one key only, because for some reason they don’t know where’s the other key?!?! The bath tub wasn’t clean. Also, Why would a 5 stars hotel charge extra for eggs in breakfast? I also believe it needs renovation, the colors of the interiors are suffocating. I loved the room view though
