Nice location hotel, Perfect weather, Staff is really cooperative, Hotel food is ok not as much good, as location wise on the mountain this hotel have perfect view. You can enjoy the clouds crossing your windows. Room cleaned very well everyday, You can enjoy nature far from city noise. Overall I love this hotel.
Unfortunately very disappointing, poor hygiene, poor quality of service, horrible breakfast buffet. Uselessly pricey. We need more marriott options in Taif and to either close Le Meridien or renovate the property to meet the basic standards of international marriott cooperation.
Absolutely Pathetic! I urge Marriott should take immediate action and close the property. This was my first stay as member and probably last. A lot of issues. But first of all even not all the facilities are accessible, then you won’t be treated as a guest should. The only good thing is Mr. Said working there, he tried his best to provide us a good experience. Lastly, it’s way expensive. The service they offer, a 100 sar room offering as well. Really disappointed. I request Saudi tourism authority to take action because I came as a tourist all the way from dubai and being a youtuber this won’t add as positive memory in our archive. But I’m sure Ksa will Become tourist hub soon as it has all the potential to be !
