A business hotel that works well for tourists interested in the area. I'm offering five stars for the effort. While there were some idle distractions, by and large we liked the space and the people. It's actually a sliver of a hotel in that it only has a slice of the building its in. But its nice and had everything we needed. While the bar was a bit pricey for tourists, we were pleased by the convenience and a nice patio with a view of Georgetown and the river as also seen from some Le Meridian rooms, We ordered some nice mixed drinks and were pleased. While the alcohol pour was kinda strict we still found the creativity of the libations great fun and good for a round. Our only curiosity was a sticky restaurant floor which was very clean but soap sticky. What's that? Sticky sticky sticky! The front desk and the bar were great and helpful. If you are here for the river then the Key Bridge boat house is just across the bridge and you can quickly sign up on your device. Rosslyn and Georgetown are different but both are very nice and separated only by a river and a bridge. The entry seems awkward because you have to go to the fourth floor where you'll find the front desk. But it all works once you know what is required. The Metro is just across the street and a short walk up. From there you can go anywhere. Advance reservations are best for the best price because the regular business rates are very expensive. So this only works if you plan ahead. Best of luck Recommended

Clean and cozy rooms, near a plaza with restaurants and a metro station. This was a good stay but it’s very pricey. When I ordered room service they charged a $10 delivery fee although very annoying the food was good. The breakfast was amazing and the kitchen staff and servers were really nice. I really liked this hotel and would stay here again

This hotel was okay. I've stayed at more comfortable courtyards with nicer staff than I experienced here. The hotel felt safe with key card access to higher floors and the location was close to a lot of easy places to eat (Bethesda bagels, sweet green etc). I enjoyed the readily available water station that I could refill my bottle at. If parking - it was a bit sketchy so would recommend not parking if you have the option. Parking garage connects to the hotel which is nice, but had men and weird office chairs all over as if people just wait around for you? Not well lit and quite creepy. Front desk employee was very rude to me when I asked if there was coffee in the morning. When the coffee came out an hour past the time it was supposed to it was just one coffee carafe with disposable creamers. Disappointing for a four star hotel where usually there is tea and multiple milk options. Overall - not bad for a one night stay but don't expect anything too nice. Likely would not stay again unless I needed this specific location
