Had the pleasure to stay 5 nights in a Villa with own pool. Buggy service is working perfect to bring you from a to b. Specially the dinner was amazing. Breakfast has a feeling of a canteen (due to the service personal). Beach is amazing, also the water quality. We will come definitely back.

Categorically, one of my worst experiences travelling solo. Completely capitalised on my lack of information on the surrounding area, influenced me into nearly having to purchase a €200 Private van just to go into town and back Beauty building a false picture that I would be less stranded if I did not choose their Taxi, awful customer service charging me for three meals per sitting due to not having a pricing system that accounted for advertised sides. Despite this not being a prerequisite for international travel, there was a complete communication and language break down between myself and the entirety of the staffing team. There was only one lady who was very compassionate and helpful apart from that the entire culture of the team is rude to a shocking extent and widely exploitative of a female who is travelling alone. Such a shame as I had heard such good things about but I would never visit the area or this chain again

We stayed in a villa and it was decent. The view was nice. Rooms were fine. But the toilets kept clogging. The villa has a full kitchen, but for some reason cooking in the kitchen was not allowed. With the lack of food options, we really wanted to cook a bit ourselves- but it wasn’t allowed. The hotel wouldn’t bring us butter or salt to cook. The most disappointing was of course the service or the lack of it. The attitude from the people, the staff, the managers and front desk. It was never friendly and welcoming. I felt robbed all the time. The only thing they were interested in is to get more money from the guests. I rarely write bad reviews, I would’ve been happier to dedicate a few minutes to write a very positive review as a sign of appreciation to the business and to the people who work there. But this was so bad that I have to write this. I read other reviews, there are some positive ones there. But even in the 5 star reviews people write about the bad service. What makes people happy is the sea, the nature, the views… maybe some people like the food too. But it is very hard for me to imagine that the hotel can be viewed as a good one. It is not. Bad location, understaffed, unwelcoming, only two restaurants really (with almost the same menu), the third restaurant being a vegan one that we didn’t even go to. Nothing around the hotel within half an hour. No taxis, the wait for a taxi can a very long one. Taxis don’t accept cards. Service in the restaurants most is very bad as well. Waiters keep forgetting about an order that you make. The food is ok. It wasn’t anything remarkable. The breakfast is the best meal, very hard to make eggs bad. We complained, we asked for help- the management chose to ignore and not help. Overall, of course, the Le Meridien part of our summer vacation was the worst one and left a very bad taste. Not recommending this place to anyone and surely will avoid it in the future. There were, good people working in the hotel. Hard working and caring. But very few. Nocira, the concierge was nice. Young girls- waitresses were friendly. Avoid this hotel. There are many others in Bodrum. We have stayed in many and this was the worst.
