Le Meridien Chongqing Nan'an

I had a truly enjoyable experience staying at Le Méridien Chongqing. The room was clean, neat, and very well-maintained — with modern amenities and a comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring the city. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough, keeping everything spotless throughout my stay. One of the standout features is the strategic location. It’s situated right in the heart of the city, making it convenient to access nearby shopping areas, restaurants, and major attractions. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, everything feels within reach. The staff were exceptional — warm, professional, and always ready to help. From the front desk to the concierge, their hospitality made a big difference. I was especially impressed by how smoothly check-in and check-out went, and how responsive they were to every request. The hotel also offers great facilities, including a stylish lobby, a quality breakfast selection, and a calm, relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chongqing who values both comfort and top-notch service. Would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommended. This hotel is a great location and there are malls right connecting to the hotel downstairs. Lots of late night food options as well. The lounge on the top floor was great and they serve dinner. Although it's pretty much the same thing every night. It does get crowded though. This swimming pool was nice. The gym was okay as well. The morning breakfast does get a little bit crowded and the restaurant is a little bit warm. I will certainly stay here again. I didn't have any issues with the room. It was a little bit dated but it wasn't a problem. The staff was prompt and nice. I will certainly choose this hotel again next time I'm in town.

The rooms and air conditioning need to be refreshed. Although the hotel is located in an exciting and lively area, the facilities are outdated and air-conditioning caused unbearable temperature ls - when it is cold outside the heater does not work，and where it is hot outside the airconditioning fails to blow out cool air.
