I spent a week at this beautiful place, and it was such a memorable experience. I absolutely loved the pool, it’s huge and offers stunning scenic views, especially during sunrise and sunset. I didn’t swim in the ocean, mainly because of concerns about stinging sea creatures, and the sand was a bit rough, not as soft as I expected. Fortunately, there are several nice restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, which gave me the chance to try different cuisines beyond what was offered at the hotel itself. The local food was delicious, and it added a fun variety to my stay. The overall atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff made everything feel easy and welcoming. It was a perfect getaway, and I already miss it. I’d definitely love to return someday!

Our stay started with a minor inconvenience - there was some mold in the bathroom of our first room, which was especially concerning for me due to allergies. Unfortunately, the issue wasn’t resolved right away, but thanks to the involvement of Boris, the shift supervisor, we were soon relocated to a room in the newer building. The difference was significant: the new room was fresh, clean, and very comfortable. Boris deserves special mention - his professionalism, attentiveness, and sincere desire to help made all the difference. It’s thanks to him that we chose to continue our stay rather than leave early, and we’re really glad we did. While the sea during this season isn’t ideal for swimming, the hotel has a very nice pool, and there were very few guests, which made the atmosphere quiet and relaxing. There’s also a small fitness room - basic, with only one bench, which might not be enough if you’re training with someone else, but it’s still a great addition and we appreciated having it. All in all, what began as a disappointing experience turned into a lovely and restful stay. If you’re planning to visit, I highly recommend booking a room in the newer part of the hotel for a more enjoyable experience.

I visited this resort for the first time, and perhaps my expectations were too high. The first impression of the lobby was underwhelming far from what you would expect at a 5-star resort. It felt awkward and almost shabby, to the point where I might have thought I had come to the wrong place if it weren’t for the staff helping with our luggage. The layout of the resort was very confusing and gave off an outdated feeling. The room facilities, apart from the bathroom, looked old and not up to 5-star standards. The bed was so sunken that it caused back pain, and the pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable, with a strong unpleasant odor. Housekeeping service was also very late. We had to request it separately, and even then, supplies were only delivered around 4 PM. We stayed as three people in one room for three nights and paid an additional 1,600 THB per night, yet towels, water, bathrobes, slippers, and amenities were only provided for two guests. This was very disappointing, and since it was tiring to keep requesting them, we simply gave up. The extra bed felt decades old and was so short that it was unsuitable for an adult. On top of that, we found larvae like insects in several areas of the room, raising questions about pest control. Breakfast was decent, but on the weekend, the restaurant was overcrowded with local group guests, making it difficult even to get a cup of coffee. The swimming pool itself was fine, but there were cigarette butts and rubbish settled on the bottom. At checkout (around 11:30 AM), only one staff member was at the front desk, already helping another guest, with two more people waiting in line. This resulted in a quite long and inconvenient wait. Overall, while the resort may be enjoyable for families with children due to the variety of activities, but I would not recommend it for travelers seeking a relaxing and comfortable stay.
