Excellent service from the whole team 💞 Especially the breakfast which we had during our stay was scrumptious and outstanding. I should definitely thank the entire team for their amazing coordination and excellent service. Food was great, a special thanks to the chef, Mr Sunil for his tastiest and yummy recipes and Mr Thomaskutty for their dedicated service.

The hotel has a wonderful ambience with the view of the backwaters. It is a perfect combination of nature and modernity. The staff were very hospitable, accommodative and prompt. The buffet spread was huge catering to varied tastebuds. The food was delicious. We stayed for 2 days there to celebrate my husband’s birthday and enjoyed every moment there. The cake we ordered for the birthday was heavenly . Thanks to the staff and of course the chefs.

We stayed in this hotel for one day with family. It is a pretty big property with a grand view as we enter the gate. Check in took some time and one thing i felt strange was that they asked an ID proof for my 11yr old kid. So be prepared for that. The front entrance and verandha has the grandeur of a 5* hotel. We were given a room in the first floor eventhough i made a request for higher floor. The carpets in the walkway were looking old and faded. Please plan to replace it.The room was upgraded from city view to lake view however since it was in 1st floor, what could be seen was only the swimming pool. The room toilet had broken flush buttons. The lifts though renovated, are slow which needs an upgrade.The parking lot is too far from the entrance with no dedicated walkways for customers. Breakfast buffet was excellent, doing justice to its standard. Sambar needs more attention in the masala. Overall i felt, Its a great property with great location and scale, however needs attention to every detail meeting 5* standard. Thankyou
