Very nice stay. The room is nice. The hotel makes great efforts to offer nice food options: breakfast buffet is very good, Italian dinner is good too, there is also a Malaysian buffet, and don't miss out the Afternoon Tea because it is very cute. The swimming pool and gym are specious. Lovely staff. The rooftop bar has a sea view and live music, highly recommended for romantic sunset date. Do compare prices for excursions because their travel desk was more expensive for what I wanted to do. The only thing to avoid is the laundry service. Across the street, the price is 10 times cheaper.

Located right next to the market and just by the water, this spot is in such a convenient and lovely area. The service is very attentive and welcoming, especially Reazie from the front office who was especially helpful and made the whole stay even better. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for accommodation in KK, whether you’re here for work or leisure. The rooms are comfortable, the location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and the staff really go the extra mile to make you feel at home.

The room was big, clean and comfortable but the only grouse I had was the toilet, there was no partition between the shower area and the common toilet causing the whole bathroom to be wet when you take a shower. Secondly, the food varieties were also quite underwhelming and mediocre. But being in Kota Kinabalu, such a magical city allows anyone to look past the small faults and focus more on the beauties it delivers.
