Our recent stay at The Le Méridien Maldives Resort & Spa was nothing short of a dream. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of tranquility and understated luxury that truly made our anniversary trip simply blissful. A delightful surprise awaited us upon check-in – an upgrade to an ocean villa with a sunset view. This was an absolute treat! Waking up to the turquoise expanse of the Indian Ocean and witnessing breathtaking sunsets from our private deck became a cherished part of our daily routine. The villa itself was beautifully appointed, offering both privacy and stunning vistas. One of the highlights of our culinary experience was undoubtedly our time spent at Velaa. I have vegetarian dietary requirements, and I was so incredibly touched by the exceptional service provided by the chef, Pradeep. He went above and beyond to accommodate my needs with such warmth and genuine kindness. Not only did he ensure there were delicious vegetarian options available, but he also offered to create something special off the menu, which was truly appreciated. His attentiveness and care made our dining experiences at Velaa truly memorable. The resort also made our anniversary feel incredibly special. We were greeted in our villa with a lovely message on our bed, along with a thoughtful bottle of Prosecco and a delicious cake. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, ensuring our every need was met with a smile. Our trip to The Le Méridien Maldives Resort & Spa was an unforgettable experience. The stunning location, the exceptional culinary care from Chef Pradeep, and the thoughtful anniversary gestures all contributed to a truly relaxing and simply blissful getaway.

One word - amazing! My husband and I stayed 6 nights in a sunrise overwater villa on the west jetty. The villa was lovely and clean at all times. Kudos to the cleaning associates cleaning villa 225! We saw rays, fishes & sea turtles from our villa deck. The views were picturesque and picture perfect. Tides were low in the morning and it was perfect for snorkelling (for someone who is terrified of waters). Dining options were sufficient and breakfast is always a joy with Emsy (hope I got her name right) and the breakfast crew. Emsy is jovial and friendly, nothing is too much for her. We also dined at Tebamsau 4 out of the 6 nights we were there and the food wowed us all the time. We particularly enjoyed the makis and miso gindara (try and thank me later😉). The crew at Tebamasu was fantastic as well. They even remembered our last night and wrote us a sweet message on the desert. It is these little things that make our stay exceptionally special. Terderlion steak at Veela is also a must-try! All in all, we had a blast at Le Meridien and cannot wait to be back! ❤️❤️❤️
