For the price. This hotel was just OK. It’s located in a great location. Near the metro and within walking distance of plenty of shops and restaurants. For any American traveling and staying there, the AC in the rooms is not incredibly cold. The rooms are also small, but that is expected of any room in Europe. They do provide reusable, water bottles, which I thought was pretty cool. There is a restaurant on the property. The customer service here was just OK. For three nights, we spent $1700 in our room had twin beds.
Great location, attentive and helpful team at the reception; however, the hotel shows its age (and does not really match its declared stars). You have cracks here and there, aged infrastructure, not operating sockets. I think room cleaning integrity could be improved (please remember to replace used stuff…). The repair works are also not helping. However, these would matter if you spend a lot of time in. Less critical if you are out on business the whole day and use it as your sleeping pad.
I came to Paris for the European Hernia Society Congress. The hotel is in a very good location—right next to the congress venue. It's also within walking distance of Paris's main attractions. The rooms are nice, and the beds are comfortable. However, the room service is very poor, and that's why I'm giving it only two stars. The room service hadn't cleaned my room. The next morning, I saw the staff in the hallway and reminded them. When I came back late at night, my room still hadn't been cleaned. Aside from that, the breakfast is barely average—it needs more variety. Still, if I come to Paris again, I won’t stay here.
