We checked inn, n we r 26 person. They upgrade our room, which was never expected. Lobby manager some lady, her administration was so good, that everything gone very smoothly. Best part food section, all ready to serve what you want. Food, location very good.
The hotel was nice and comfy. Luxury was eminent from every aspect of the property, the service was also great but I’ll had to deduct a point because of the issue that was encountered because they do not accept diners club card, else there was no issue from the service end either.
The SPA is TOP TIER, Dawa gave an amazing massage deep tissue. Very strong and great stretching. Love this hotel, and love this spa! Karmachoden did my mom’s and we came daily. Truly a fantastic massage. Sue the Spamanager was lovely and helpful. Will be returning and getting more massages!
