Le Meridien Saigon

We had a truly wonderful stay at Le Meridien Saigon this past weekend, and we would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to the exceptional Tracey Nguyen from the Club Lounge team. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with such friendliness, warmth and genuine care. Coincidentally, it was my birthday on the day we checked in, and thanks to Tracey’s thoughtful planning, my room was beautifully decorated with rose petals spelling out a birthday message, along with the delicious chocolate birthday cake waiting inside. It was a deeply touching gesture that I will never forget. Tracey went above and beyond, even offering personal recommendations for sightseeing and shopping that made our trip all the more memorable. She is the epitome of Le Meridien’s signature hospitality and a true reflection of world-class service. Because of her kindness and professionalism, we’re already looking forward to returning.

We had a fantastic stay at Le Méridien. The room was sleek and modern, with thoughtful high-tech features like blackout curtains controlled by a switch and sophisticated lighting options—small details that really elevated the comfort level. In-room breakfast service was a highlight—beautifully presented and truly luxurious. One especially memorable moment was the cotton candy machine in the lobby, which absolutely made our son’s day. When the machine didn’t give change, the concierge stepped in immediately with a smile. It’s those kinds of thoughtful touches that make a big difference. The location is excellent—right on the river and close to a wide range of dining options. While there’s a bit of a party scene nearby, it didn’t interfere with our experience at all. This is a great base if you want polished service, modern amenities, and easy access to the best of the city. We’d absolutely stay again.
